Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in Electronics, Industrial Technology, or related technical field preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience in mechanical or electro-mechanical assembly.
• Proficient in reading blueprints, assembly drawings, and technical documentation.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand and power tools.
• Experience with electrical wiring and soldering techniques.
• Ability to pass background check and pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical subassemblies and vending modules by accurately positioning and securing parts using proper tools and procedures.
• Combine and align subassemblies into complete vending machines with correct electrical connections.
• Perform quality control inspections on finished machines, including sample vending tests.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues and apply root-cause analysis for corrective actions.
• Construct and install wire harnesses by cutting, stripping, bundling, and soldering wires per schematics.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe workstation following 5S and lean manufacturing practices.
• Support onboarding and development of less experienced team members and coordinate with leadership, engineers, and quality teams.
• Execute additional tasks to meet production goals.
