Job summary

AGS - American Gaming Systems in Oklahoma City is seeking an Assembler I to perform electro‑mechanical assembly of electronic gaming machines and sub‑assemblies, following detailed work instructions and quality checks. The role includes disassembly, loading/unloading, parts picking, shipping/receiving, and refurbishing components as needed.

You will use hand tools, meet takt times, and maintain a clean, safe workstation in a non‑climate‑controlled environment.

Qualifications

High School Graduate or GED required.
0–2 years of time-based assembly-line work.
Electro-mechanical assembly experience preferred.
Experience using hand-tools (screwdrivers, wrenches, pliers, drills).
Ability to follow written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to meet production expectations with minimal supervision.
Lean Manufacturing and 6S experience preferred.
Basic mathematics and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

Assemble EGM and sub‑assemblies through stages of completion using various tooling and equipment.
Disassemble EGM and sub‑assemblies through Return Game Processing.
Follow written and verbal work instructions, checklists, and standard work documents.
Evaluate EGM quality from previous processes.
Maintain quality and productivity to meet production demands.
Load/unload trucks and move EGM as assigned.
Ship and receive orders as assigned.
Observe safety rules and maintain a clean workstation; perform duties with minimal supervision.
