Job summary

Cenveo is hiring Experienced Envelope Machine Adjusters to set up, tune, and maintain high speed envelope manufacturing equipment. This role requires strong mechanical skill, troubleshooting ability, and a commitment to safety and quality.

The position offers $23.83/hr plus a $0.35/hr night shift premium. Work two days and two nights on a 7am–7pm / 7pm–7am rotation, with mandatory overtime during peak seasons.

Qualifications

• 5+ years envelope machine adjusting experience
• Advanced mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of cutting, folding, gluing systems and envelope tolerances
• Detail oriented, safety focused, and reliable

Responsibilities

Cenveo is hiring Experienced Envelope Machine Adjusters to set up, tune, and maintain high speed envelope manufacturing equipment. This role requires strong mechanical skill, troubleshooting ability, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Pay & Schedule

• $23.83/hr + shift premium $0.35/hr (when working nights)
• 2 days and 2 nights required : Day shift 7am -- 7pm / Night shift 7pm -- 7am
• Mandatory Overtime is required for 1-2 days during this busy season
• Overtime may be required during busy season/based on business needs

Primary Duties

• Set up, align, and adjust envelope machines
• Perform changeovers, size adjustments, and mechanical repairs
• Maintain machine speed, accuracy, and uptime
• Inspect product quality and minimize waste
• Perform routine cleaning, lubrication, and part replacement

Job Requirements

• Consistent attendance and dependability are critical for this role

Physical Requirements

• Standing, bending, climbing, lifting up to 55 lbs
• Exposure to noise, machinery, inks, solvents, glue
• Ability to work in hot/cold conditions and stay alert around equipment
