Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set up, align, and adjust envelope machines
• Perform changeovers, size adjustments, and mechanical repairs
• Maintain machine speed, accuracy, and uptime
• Inspect product quality and minimize waste
• Perform routine cleaning, lubrication, and part replacement
• Install paper, glue systems, tooling, other requirements safely

Cenveo is hiring immediately Experienced Envelope Machine Adjusters to set up, tune, and maintain high speed envelope manufacturing equipment. This role requires strong mechanical skill, troubleshooting ability, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Pay & Schedule

• Starting at $26/hr + applicable shift premium (2nd & 3rd shifts)
• 2nd shift premium $1.25/hr / 3pm -- 11pm
• 3rd shift premium $1.50/hr / 11pm -- 7am
• Training is typically on 1st shift (7am -- 3pm); may vary by availability
• Schedule: Mon - Fri / Sat required during busy season/based on business needs.
• Shift availability is subject to change

What You'll Do

• Set up, align, and adjust envelope machines

Physical Requirements
