Job summary

Cenveo is hiring Skilled Machine Operators for its City of Industry, CA facility. The role focuses on setting up and operating high-speed envelope equipment, with emphasis on changeovers and troubleshooting. You may advance to Machine Adjuster with increased earning potential.

Shift pay includes 2nd shift ($0.70/hr premium) and 3rd shift ($1.50/hr premium); first shift training is available. 2:00 PM–10:00 PM or 10:00 PM–6:00 AM; Monday–Friday with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on mechanical, industrial, automotive, or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Proven ability to set up, troubleshoot, repair, and optimize equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer, math, and measurement skills, including reading a ruler accurately.
• Flexibility to work on various machine platforms as needed.

Responsibilities

• Learn to set up, adjust, and operate high-speed envelope manufacturing equipment.
• Learn machine timing, part installation/removal, and complete product changeovers.
• Troubleshoot equipment and support production quality and efficiency.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area and follow all safety procedures.
