Job summary

Cenveo in Dallas, TX is seeking an experienced Envelope Machine Adjuster to set up, tune, and maintain high speed envelope manufacturing equipment. The role demands strong mechanical skills, troubleshooting ability, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Shift includes a $1.50/hr third shift premium, 10:30pm–6:30am, Monday–Friday with Saturdays as needed. You will set up, align, and adjust machines, perform changeovers, inspect quality, and minimize waste while ensuring uptime.

Qualifications

• 5+ years envelope machine adjusting experience.
• Advanced mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of cutting, folding, gluing systems and envelope tolerances.
• Detail oriented, safety focused, and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Set up, align, and adjust envelope machines.
• Perform changeovers, size adjustments, and mechanical repairs.
• Maintain machine speed, accuracy, and uptime.
• Inspect product quality and minimize waste.
• Perform routine cleaning, lubrication, and part replacement.
• Install paper, glue systems, tooling, other requirements safely.
