Responsibilities

• Motivation, i.e., helping Soundwich succeed within Job Classification Responsibilities.
• Proficient in ERP System (e.g., PLEX) functions with respect to Job Classification Responsibilities.
• Operate Manual Presses.
• Operate Value-Add Equipment.
• Effectively perform Quality Verifications with inspection devices, including Visual Inspections (Master Competency Matrix, PLEX Control Plans).
• Maintain Hourly Rates set forth by Management.
• Catch, Package, Sort, Rework Parts.
• Follow all Company Procedures for assigned tasks and understand consequences of deviation.
• Knowledge of Quality Policy, Quality Objectives, and conformity to Soundwich and Customer requirements.
