Job summary

Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a dynamic Store/Retail/Counter Manager in Jacksonville to lead a team of Sales Associates toward sales, service and operational targets.

You will recruit, coach and develop staff, create agile business plans, and run in-store events to attract and retain customers, while delivering exceptional CRM and business results.

Qualifications

• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced work environment
• Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software
• Proficient in Microsoft office
