Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies in Atlanta seeks an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in leading and developing our team of Sales Associates, driving sales, service and operational excellence. You will coach and mentor staff, ensure superb customer experiences, manage inventory and cash processes, and schedule retail hours including events.

• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced work environment.
• Experience with retail POS software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
