Job summary

Ulta Beauty in Las Vegas seeks a Specialty Artist – MAC to maximize MAC brand sales by engaging guests, guiding selections, and upholding store standards. This role requires professional makeup artistry, exceptional guest service, and the ability to learn product knowledge.

Responsibilities include performing makeup demonstrations, skincare analyses, hosting in-store events, building client portfolios, and collaborating with team members.

• Ability to positively and proactively handle guest concerns and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed MAC brand sales and service goals and contribute to store goals for retail and service sales, guest loyalty, omni-channel, and shrink.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and follow up on guest inquiries.
• Provide exceptional service with greeting, engagement, samples, and product recommendations.
• Conduct makeup demonstrations, applications, skincare analyses, and MAC demonstrations to brand standards.
• Stay informed on promotions and brand initiatives and participate in trainings.
• Book appointments and support in-store events to deliver guest experiences and sales results.
