Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred; cosmetology or demonstrator license required where state law.
• Cosmetics artistry experience preferred.
• Strong sales and guest-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed MAC brand sales and service goals.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and follow up on inquiries.
• Greet guests, personalize service, offer samples, and recommend products.
• Conduct makeup demonstrations, skincare analyses, and lessons to MAC and Ulta Beauty standards.
• Stay informed about promotions and marketing initiatives within the brand.
• Book appointments and support in-store events to deliver guest experiences.
• Maintain knowledge of trends and ingredients to better serve guests.
• Maintain regular attendance and adhere to store policies.
