Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Specialty Artist – MAC to maximize MAC brand sales by engaging guests, performing makeup applications, and delivering an exceptional guest experience across color cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance.

You will build client relationships, demonstrate products, participate in in-store events, and stay current on trends and ingredients while upholding store standards and brand guidelines.

Qualifications

• Cosmetics artistry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed MAC brand sales and service goals and contribute to meeting store targets.
• Engage guests to determine needs, recommend products, and build loyalty.
• Conduct makeup demonstrations, applications, and lessons with MAC and Ulta Beauty branding.
• Maintain store standards, replenish stock, and keep testers hygienic and organized.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events and follow up on guest inquiries.
• Stay informed on promotions, trends, and ingredients to educate guests.
