Ulta Beauty is seeking a Specialty Artist for MAC to maximize brand sales, engage guests with expert makeup artistry, and uphold store standards. You will demonstrate products, guide purchases, and deliver personalized service to every guest on the floor.

The role requires professional makeup artistry skills, strong guest service, and the ability to learn product knowledge. A flexible schedule with weekends/holidays and ongoing brand trainings is expected.

Qualifications

• Cosmetics artistry experience preferred.
• Cosmetics knowledge and brand familiarity encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed MAC brand sales and service goals.
• Build and maintain customer relationships.
• Provide makeup demonstrations and lessons; skincare analyses; product demonstrations.
• Stay informed on promotions and events and communicate them to guests.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events.
