Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed MAC brand sales and service goals and contribute to store goals.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and follow up on inquiries.
• Ensure guests receive exceptional service with personalized recommendations and samples.
• Conduct makeup demonstrations, applications, skincare analyses, and product demos to MAC and Ulta Beauty standards.
• Complete Skill Certification requirements within the set timeframe.
• Keep guests informed about promotions and marketing initiatives.
