Ulta Beauty MAC Specialty Artist role involves maximizing MAC brand sales by engaging guests and guiding makeup selections while upholding store standards. Qualifications

• Cosmetology license or state-required license.
• Cosmetics artistry experience preferred.

• Meet or exceed MAC brand sales and service goals.
• Build and maintain customer relationships with a growing guest list.
• Provide personalized makeup demonstrations, applications, and lessons.
• Stay informed about promotions and brand initiatives.
• Maintain store and MAC area cleanliness and stock replenishment.
