Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a MAC Specialty Artist to maximize sales through personalized makeup artistry and guest-focused service. You will engage guests, demonstrate products, and deliver a premier MAC and Ulta Beauty experience that reflects brand standards.

You will stay current on cosmetics trends, maintain an active client base, and support in-store events while delivering strong sales performance and exceptional service. A flexible schedule is required.

Qualifications

• Cosmetics artistry experience preferred.
• Strong guest service and product knowledge required.
• Ability to build and maintain guest relationships and loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed MAC brand sales and service goals and contribute to store goals.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and follow up on inquiries.
• Greet and engage guests, personalize service, offer samples, and recommend products.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analyses, and product demonstrations to MAC and Ulta Beauty standards.
• Stay informed about promotions and marketing initiatives within the brand and store.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events to deliver guest experiences and sales goals.
