Job summary

Music & Arts in Avon, CT is seeking a sales-driven associate to consistently meet personal sales goals and support the store's profitability. You will promote the lesson program, build relationships with teachers and community groups, and deliver engaging sales presentations.

Responsibilities include customer service, merchandising, and ensuring store security, with pay rate around $16.94–$17.94 per hour plus commission. Eligible for robust benefits including 401K and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include a High School Diploma or GED.
• 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Skilled knowledge of musical instruments and written music.

Pay and Benefits

Pay Rate: $16.94 - $17.94/hr plus commission depending on location, background and experience.
