Job summary

City of Hope is seeking a Medical Assistant (MA) to work under the direct supervision of a physician, physician extender, or registered nurse. The role involves performing a variety of patient care activities aligned with City of Hope standards and delivering compassionate care to patients and their families.

The candidate will assist with clinical tasks, provide direct interaction with patients and caregivers, and support the clinical staff in daily operations at City of Hope’s Atlanta area

Qualifications

• Under the direct supervision of a physician, physician extender, or a registered nurse.
• Performs a variety of patient care activities in accordance with established standards and practice of CoH.
• Delivers compassionate care to patients by assisting with clinical tasks and providing direct interaction with patients and their caregivers.
