Baptist Health Medical Group - Louisville Bone and Joint is seeking a full-time Medical Assistant with Limited Radiography to support clinicians and care teams in a busy outpatient setting.

The role requires performing EKGs, venipunctures, radiographic exams, vital signs and routine duties. You will assist physicians, maintain radiology safety, and handle light clerical tasks while ensuring patient comfort and confidentiality.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Limited Radiographer Certification required.
• Basic Life Support Certification required.
• Minimum two years of LMR experience.

Responsabilidades

• Perform EKGs, venipunctures and pulmonary function testing with accuracy.
• Obtain vital signs and record patient data properly.
• Perform radiographic exams and ensure film quality.
• Maintain radiation safety per policy.
• Assist physician with exams and procedures.
• Set up room/equipment and maintain infection control.
• Handle clerical tasks such as scheduling and referrals as needed.
• Respect patient rights and respond to emergencies per policy.
