Job summary

Sea Mar Community Health Centers in Seattle is seeking motivated individuals for the Medical Assistant Apprentice program. Position Summary Medical Assistant - Apprentice

The 12-month Medical Assistant Apprenticeship Program offers a meaningful pathway into healthcare for individuals who are passionate about serving others and building a long-term career in community health. It combines 2,000 hours of paid clinical training with structured coursework to prepare apprentices to sit for the Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) exam. Apprentices work alongside experienced care teams in a patient-centered medical home model, helping ensure every patient receives respectful, high-quality care.
