Job summary

Deloitte France is seeking a Microsoft 365 Security Manager to lead cloud security engagements for M365 environments. You will oversee onsite and offshore engineers, drive security design, and coordinate with clients on risk mitigation and governance.

Travel up to 50% within North America, advanced certifications preferred, and a track record of delivering Microsoft 365 security projects from Discover to Hypercare. This role demands strong leadership and deep Microsoft security expertise.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of technical consulting and project leadership experience.
• 6+ years hands-on with Microsoft 365 enterprise services (Teams, OneDrive, Exchange Online, Entra ID, SharePoint Online).
• 6+ years with SCCM and Intune, MEM, MAM/MDM implementations or operations.
• 6+ years with Defender suites, Purview & Entra ID, plus related technologies.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% within North America.
• BA/BS degree preferred; Microsoft certifications and cyber certs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects and act as project lead architect for M365 security solutions.
• Assist in business development: scope, resource estimates, pricing, and proposals.
• Lead cloud security analysis and configurations for Entra ID, O365, SharePoint Online, and more.
• Oversee onsite and offshore engineers and architects.
• Serve as primary client interface and build trust with clients.
• Perform health checks before broader deployments across M365 platforms.
• Support transitions to M365 security services and configure solutions.
• Provide technical support for M365 E5 security services and issue resolution.
