Job summary

Deloitte seeks a Microsoft 365 Security Manager to lead cloud risk engagements for U.S. clients from the McLean practice. You will guide delivery teams, architect security across Purview, Entra ID, Defender suites, and SCCM/Intune, and drive risk mitigation and governance throughout M365 deployments.

Role includes business development support, client interfacing, and mentoring Advisory personnel, with up to 50% travel across North America as needed to deliver outcomes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in technical consulting, client problem solving, architecting and designing solutions in a consulting role with project leadership and/or architect experience.
• 6+ years of hands-on technical experience with Microsoft 365 enterprise-level messaging and collaboration services (Teams, OneDrive for Business, Exchange Online, Entra ID, SharePoint Online, O365 administration and setup).
• 6+ years of hands-on technical experience with enterprise-level systems management systems such as SCCM and Intune and endpoint engineering (MEM) and mobile device management (MAM & MDM)) implementation or operations.
• Must be willing to travel up to 50% within North America.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects and/or function as project lead architect with Microsoft technologies (Purview, Intune, Sentinel, Entra ID, Defender products).
• Assist in business development activities including scoping services, pricing, and proposal delivery for M365 security services.
• Lead cloud security analysis, configurations, and health checks for M365 environments (Entra ID, O365, SharePoint Online, Teams).
• Oversee day-to-day activities of onsite and offshore engineers and architects.
• Provide technical training to Advisory personnel and act as SME on cloud cyber risk for Purview, Defender, and Sentinel.
