Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking an experienced Practice Architect II to lead and deliver Microsoft Modern Work solutions for enterprise clients, focusing on M365, Teams, CoPilot, Viva, and adoption strategies. You will design, implement, and optimize collaboration ecosystems, while aligning with sales and delivery teams to secure successful engagements.

The role requires MS365 certifications, a strong consulting background, and hands-on experience with SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Power Platform, and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Development, or related field.
7–10 years of experience in a professional consulting services environment, architecting and hands-on developing custom solutions with SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Power Platform, and Teams.
Experience implementing organizational change management in an enterprise deployment of M365, ideally including F1 licenses.

Responsibilities

Serve as overall solution and practice architect to collaborate with enterprise clients, internal delivery and sales partners to add a new market offering to the Modern Work M365 portfolio via demonstrated expertise in the full Microsoft enterprise roadmap.
Work closely with stakeholders, project managers, and other technical teams to analyze, design, develop and deploy successful implementation of custom solutions for clients.
Establish and lead a market offering-based Center of Excellence internally to promote standard processes, reusable components, and governance for the growing practice to build on as a customer offering.
