Job Responsibilities

The employee will be primarily responsible for:

1. Leading IT-related technical project delivery and customer support.
2. Leading the Golden Five Team for assigned IT projects and services.
3. Providing system admin and project support to Golden Five customers when required.
4. Working on Microsoft Hybrid architecture with HA/DR, Cloud Infrastructure (Azure), Security, Windows Server 2012-2022, Exchange 2010-2019 High Availability & Disaster Recovery, PowerShell scripting, Virtualization, M365, Office 365, SharePoint Online, MS Teams, Intune, Identity & Access Management, Microsoft Identity Manager Flow, and software development.
5. Focusing on GCCHigh (DoD Contractors), CJIS Agencies, Government, and DoD customers.
6. Handling other technologies like email antivirus, antispam, backup and compliance products, instant messaging platforms such as Proofpoint, Cisco IronPort, Cisco Jabber, and Good Connect, mobility solutions including Blackberry Enterprise Server, Good Enterprise Server, Good Dynamics, Mobile Device Management (MDM), Mobile Application Management (MAM), and other support as requested.
7. Migrating and troubleshooting mailbox migration issues.
8. Preparing project, support, and process documents.
9. Leading customer interactions for technical project delivery and support.
10. Working on PowerShell and process automation.
11. Engaging in self-training and self-study for new software versions.
12. Learning and upgrading technological skills.
13. Writing blogs and aiming to become a Microsoft MVP.
14. Getting certified in the latest technologies.
15. Participating in monthly productivity discussions with the manager.
16. Preparing reports as required by the customer or Golden Five.
17. Preparing SOW, CR, RFOCS, and other documents.
18. Applying patches to servers and clients.
19. Resolving server and client issues.
