Job summary

Team Expansion’s West Africa team seeks a full-time Media to Movement Disciple Maker to develop and implement a strategy that uses video, audio, and social media to reach seekers in West Africa and disciple them toward multiplying movements.

You will work with local believers, live in the target area, and collaborate with supporters while engaging in prayer for the unreached and for movement in the region.

Qualifications

• Interest in learning and applying M2M strategies.
• Love for Jesus and a passion for the lost.
• Commitment to reaching unreached people groups.
• Experience in ministry and discipleship (specific role may vary).
• Creativity and a collaborative mindset.
• Willingness to live in the target area.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a Media to Movement strategy to reach seekers online.
• Create or support the creation of video, audio, or social media content.
• Engage in ongoing prayer for the unreached and for movement in the region.
• Contribute to broader team goals and community life.
• Collaborate with other missionaries and local believers.
• Maintain communication and accountability with supporters.
• Live and serve in the target area with cultural sensitivity.
• Serve with a positive attitude and willingness to grow.
