Team Expansion seeks a DMM Mentor to start and guide a group of younger people in Southeast Asia in learning and practicing Disciple-Making Movements among the majority religion. This is a full-time, support-based role requiring relocation, cross-cultural living, language learning, and long-term commitment to unreached communities.

The position emphasizes prayer, team collaboration, ongoing training, and flexible ministry strategies to advance Christ’s mission in challenging contexts.

Qualifications

• Experience in DMM practices.
• Ability to form groups and facilitate learning experiences.
• Deep love for Jesus and a heart for the lost.
• Willingness to live cross-culturally and engage unreached people groups.
• Self-motivated, collaborative, and prayer-driven.

Responsibilities

• Start and mentor a group of younger people to practice DMM among the majority religion.
• Form and facilitate learning experiences for Christians interested in disciple making.
• Raise necessary financial support (as applicable).
• Complete recommended pre-field training.
• Establish residence in your host country.
• Learn the local language and culture.
• Develop creative and effective ministries to share Christ’s hope.
• Collaborate with teammates in healthy, encouraging ways.
• Pray daily for your team, community, and ministry.
• Seek vision and alignment with your Team Leader.
• Pursue personal spiritual growth.
• Continuously evaluate and improve ministry strategies.
• Trust God fully for the fruit and fulfillment of your work.
