Qualifications

Job Overview

The Program Assistant is responsible for driving school vans, supervising students, assisting at the front desk, SEPTA pass distribution, and other duties as defined. This is a part‑time position with hours TBD. This position pays $12/hour.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in student arrival/dismissal.
• Driving school vans – Student pick‑up/drop‑off and supply pick‑ups.
• Supervising student activity in hallways, common areas, play areas, and the cafeteria.
• Assisting in locker maintenance.
• Copier maintenance and copying.
• Septa pass distribution.
• Lamination and supply delivery.
• Assisting Front Desk and Front office in any additional tasks when needed.
• Any other tasks issued by the supervisor.

Terms of Employment

Ten (10) months, Hourly employees.

Evaluation

Performance of this job will be evaluated annually in accordance with provisions of state law, administrative code, and the Board’s policy on evaluation.
