A Day in the Life of a Full-Time Supervisor

As a full-time Supervisor / Manager / Lead, you are the front-line support structure for our team members and clients. You arrive early to receive handoffs, meet with your team, and set them up for success. You may be involved in dusting, vacuuming, mopping, trash removal, disinfecting surfaces, replenishing supplies, training new hires, or mentoring team members. You inspect public areas and team members’ work to ensure quality standards are met or exceeded, reinforcing TBC’s 5-Star Hospitality Training focused on Customer Service Satisfaction. You are flexible and able to work weekends, holidays, rotation shifts, and long hours. You are responsible for inventory control, participating in employee recognition and rewards, reinforcing corporate safety culture and regulatory policies while delivering superior client and team member service. Qualifications for a Full-Time Supervisor

• 21 years old or older.
• High School education or GED.

• Experience with Front and Back of House Operations in Resorts, Hotels, and/or Casinos.
• Strong background with cleaning equipment and chemicals.
• Ability to perform all duties as required with or without accommodation.
