About the opportunity

We are looking for a Senior ML Developer to join the team that is building Dayforce Co-pilot that is at the spotlight across our features. The Sr. ML Developer has an opportunity to join a team of strong developers and work on a high visibility and high impact product - you will change the way millions of customers globally interact with our product on a day-to-day basis across 150+ countries. The ideal candidate has strong technical skills and a desire to keep up to date with advances in big data technologies.

Your impact will be evident through your effective participation in the entire lifecycle of our software including design, analysis, prototyping, development, testing and support of our products. You will work closely and collaborate with clients, prospects, implementation partners, and Dayforce personnel to envision and deliver the required functionality.

What you'll get to do

• Lead the iterative development, validation, and deployment of AI/ML models
• Collaborate on end-to-end automation efforts required to bring models to production
• Work with structured and unstructured raw data to design and develop innovative predictive models, metrics, and dashboards to uncover actionable insights
• Visualize and report data findings creatively in a variety of visual formats that provide insights to the organization
• Build and maintain a strong engagement with key stakeholders to understand business needs and priorities. Contribute to the engineering process and culture

Skills and experience we value

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning and AI, specializing in genAI, LLMs, regression, classification, clustering, time series analysis, NLP, and optimization
• 2+ years experience and knowledge in MLOps, in deploying, operationalizing, and maintaining scalable AI/ML-solutions in production
• Advanced proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, etc.) and libraries commonly used in NLP and Generative AI
• Well-versed in the software and AI development lifecycles, including ML Ops
• Proven ability to debug, analyze, and profile existing code
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
