Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Global Practice Manager for Media & Entertainment to lead, coach, and grow a team of Video and Cloud Architects. This role supports lighthouse M&E customers across the US and Canada, driving cloud-enabled video workflows and end-to-end solutions.

The ideal candidate brings extensive IT consulting/management experience, strong program leadership, and deep M&E industry knowledge to shape customer engagements and roadmap features across AWS services.

Qualifications

10+ years of IT consulting/management with IT Transformation in customer-facing roles
3+ years of program or engagement management leading other PMs
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, or related field
Knowledge of IaaS cloud computing transition challenges
Experience in IT consulting/management with IT Transformation in a customer-facing role

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, grow, and partner with Video and Cloud Architects for the M&E vertical
Engage with AWS sales, BD, and engineering teams to drive design wins
Develop technical talent and educate cloud computing experts
Understand large-scale computing solutions and transform business-IT in enterprise contexts
Travel to client locations to deliver professional services as needed
