Job summary

BBVA is looking for a seasoned professional in Houston to lead M&A and Advisory transactions. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of M&A experience in an investment bank or boutique, and must be bilingual in English and Spanish. They'll lead the deal execution process, interact with clients, and support negotiation efforts. Additionally, a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, while MBA qualifications are preferred. The salary ranges from $160,000 to $190,000 with the possibility for a discretionary bonus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 – 8 years of M&A experience in an investment bank or boutique.
• Ability to provide out-of-the-box solutions and sound advice.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of M&A and PFA deals.
• Interact with clients and investors during deal origination.
