Job summary

BBVA Group is seeking an M&A Associate based in Houston, Texas. The ideal candidate will participate in M&A and Project Finance Advisory deals, develop financial models, and engage with clients throughout the process.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree and 3-4 years of relevant experience, with strong financial and bilingual communication skills. The expected salary range is $110,000 - $125,000 plus a generous benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 - 4 years of M&A experience in an investment bank or boutique.
• SIE, Series 79, and Series 63 are required or must be obtained within six months.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the origination and execution of M&A deals.
• Develop detailed financial models for valuation exercises.
• Assist in the preparation of pitching materials and transaction documentation.
• coordinate due diligence efforts.
• Conduct comprehensive industry and market research.
• Responsible for drafting marketing materials.
• Collaborate with other teams for smooth deal execution.
