Job summary

Benchmark International is seeking a highly analytical TS Analyst to support sell-side M&A transactions from our Nashville office. You will gather data from financial statements and contracts, identify risks, and help prepare materials to position clients for successful sale outcomes.

You will work across deal analysis, working capital assessment, and marketing materials, collaborating with experienced professionals to accelerate careers in high-impact transactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting.
• Proficient in analyzing financial statements and market data.
• Strong written and verbal communication; presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain client relationships, ensuring buyer and seller expectations are met.
• Prepare and update marketing materials (confidential information memorandums and teasers), financial statements, and business intelligence reports.
• Analyze client financials (historical, current, and projected) and prepare statements.
• Organize and maintain virtual data rooms (VDR) and update CRM with client information.
• Provide guidance on accounting, financial, and valuation matters.
• Contribute to team goals and share knowledge with peers.
• Adhere to policies and procedures and perform additional duties as assigned.
