Job summary

Benchmark International is seeking a Deal Transaction Outreach Analyst to join its sell-side M&A team in Nashville. From day one, analysts gain hands-on experience in deal execution, valuation concepts, and guiding clients through the full transaction lifecycle.

The role emphasizes strong communication, resilience, and the ability to interact with executives and investment professionals. On-site position with growth in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree, one-year related experience or training.
• Strong presentation skills for client, buyer, and stakeholder meetings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, professional and empathetic tone.
• Ability to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and online business research tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as front-line contact for clients and potential acquirers.
• Manage early-stage deal execution including NDA negotiations and buyer access to materials.
• Coordinate buyer–seller communications and drive progress toward offers.
• Respond to due diligence inquiries and escalate as needed to senior members.
• Develop relationships with private equity, VC, family offices, and strategic buyers.
• Support preparation and refinement of client materials and target lists.
• Maintain CRM records and track deal activity.
• Conduct market research to inform deal strategy and buyer targeting.
• Prepare concise reports and presentations communicating findings to team and clients.
