Job summary

Novelty Hill Capital is seeking a Summer 2027 Investment Banking Intern to support live transactions, financial modeling, and market research. You will work closely with senior team members on client materials and business development initiatives, gaining hands-on experience in mergers and acquisitions and deal execution.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field (expected graduation: 2028 preferred).
• Prior internship experience in finance, consulting, or a related field is a plus, but not required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated interest in investment banking and working with founder-led businesses.
• Available to work in Bellevue, WA for the Summer of 2027. Relocation or housing costs will not be provided.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of financial models, including basic operating models and valuation analyses.
• Conduct company, industry, and market research to support client engagements and business development efforts.
• Assist in preparing client presentations, pitch materials, and marketing documents.
• Help support transaction execution, including due diligence and data room organization.
• Analyze financial statements and key business metrics.
• Participate in internal discussions and contribute to strategic analysis for client projects.
