This is a high-impact summer opportunity for talented students who want to learn more about private equity-backed and M&A, with training and mentorship from senior team members and meaningful work over the course of the summer.

What You'll Do
  • Engage and qualify outbound prospects via phone and email; expect a significant daily call volume as you ramp
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date CRM records on target interactions and outreach activity
  • Support weekly internal and client-facing reporting
  • Test and iterate on outreach approaches to improve response rates
  • Interact regularly with full-time colleagues and more senior deal team members
What We're Looking For
  • Undergraduate (rising junior or senior preferred - will also consider 2026 graduates) pursuing a degree in finance, economics, business, accounting, or a related field
  • Foundational understanding of finance, business, and capital markets
  • US-based applicants authorized to work in the US only
  • Strong work ethic and genuine eagerness to learn the deal origination craft
  • Comfort making outbound calls and engaging senior business owners professionally
  • Ability to research unfamiliar industries quickly and synthesize findings clearly
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-starter mentality — able to work independently while collaborating across teams
  • Comfort adapting to new software and tools (CRM, research platforms, AI tools)
  • Duration: 10 weeks, summer 2026
  • Location: Remote
  • Compensation: $15.00–$17.00/hour, based on background, plus eligibility for deal-based performance bonuses
  • Path forward: Strong performers will be considered for a full-time Analyst offer post‑graduation
