Job summary

Class VI Partners is seeking an Intern to support deal teams with financial modeling, market analysis, and prep materials for investment banking transactions. You will collaborate with analysts on pitches, confidential memorandums, and presentations, gaining exposure to the deal lifecycle.

Ideal candidates are undergraduate students graduating in 2028 with strong academic records, excellent communication, and solid MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate student with anticipated graduation year in 2028 and GPA 3.5+.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Familiarity with financial analysis and three-statement operating models.
• Working understanding of the M&A process.
• Intermediate MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work in-person, 5 days/week, in Denver, CO.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with Analysts and deal teams to create financial models and analyses, pitches, market reports, presentations, and memoranda for deals.
• Other duties as assigned.
