Responsibilities

• Contribute to mergers and acquisitions advisory projects, restructurings, recapitalizations, divestitures, partnerships and joint ventures.
• Assist with client meetings, financial modeling, and due diligence.
• Support industry analysis and new business development within small team environments.
• Collaborate with partners and other teams to deliver value to clients.
