Experience with highly acquisitive companies and managing multiple acquisitions through all phases.

Responsibilities

Oversees the full acquisition (M&A) process including deal sourcing, strategic evaluation, financial analysis, valuation modeling, deal negotiation and structuring, due diligence, integration planning, and post close performance assessment.
Builds valuation models, performs financial analysis, and evaluates company and market information to assess acquisition opportunities and provide recommendations to the Executive team.
Leads due diligence, ensures cross-functional leaders are informed, and surfaces key issues for resolution.
Provides input and direction as a key member of the integration team.
Develops a robust pipeline of acquisition targets by building relationships internally and externally.
