Job summary

Pizza Hut is seeking an Associate Manager for FP&A and Data Analysis in Plano, TX. The role focuses on leading forecasts for BMU, providing sales/EBITDA insight, and driving data-driven modernization of FP&A processes.

The position requires 4–6 years in finance/data analytics, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and familiarity with Power BI, SQL, and data warehousing. You’ll work onsite in Plano, with attendance required three days a week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting preferred (MBA/CPA a plus).
• 4–6 years progressive corporate experience in Corporate Finance, Banking, Consulting, Data Analytics, or Business Analytics.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI, Domo, SQL.
• General knowledge of corporate P&L’s (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow).
• Experience with Hyperion and JD Edwards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning for 3-year, annual and quarterly P&L forecasts including new units and SSS/costs.
• Partner with stakeholders to reflect business strategy in forecasts and reporting; challenge estimates to close gaps.
• Drive insights from sales trends; support end-to-end month-end processes with the control team.
• Develop and present clear performance story to senior leaders with decks and fact sheets.
• Lead data automation and FP&A modernization initiatives across the function.
