JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Business Management Senior Associate within the Mergers and Acquisitions group in New York.

This role partners with the Head of Mergers and Acquisitions globally to drive strategy, budgeting, and analytics, collaborating with senior leaders to inform decisions and support growth. You will coordinate across functions to deliver insights, support strategic initiatives, and ensure operational excellence within the M&A team, sitting alongside the banking

Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant experience in business management, COO/CAO, investment banking, or similar functions.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong proficiency in Excel; ability to distill large datasets into outputs.
• Strong proficiency in PowerPoint for executive presentations.
• Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and project-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic analytics and deliver data-driven insights for management decision-making and growth.
• Lead strategic projects with cross-functional teams to achieve revenue and wallet growth.
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, revenue reconciliation, and expense management.
• Oversee pipeline management, projections, and variance analysis for financial reporting.
• Analyze market trends, competitive dynamics, and opportunities for strategic growth.
• Create executive-level presentations and business reviews for senior leadership.
• Coordinate headcount planning and organizational structure optimization.
• Represent the business on cross-functional deliverables including regulatory workstreams and tech initiatives.
• Automate reporting processes and build scalable analytics solutions across the team.
• Collaborate with global support areas including Product Controllers, Compliance, Legal, Tax, Risk, and HR.
