Job summary

CACI is seeking a Corporate Development Analyst to support M&A execution in Reston, VA. You will build valuation models (DCF, comps), participate in due diligence, and prepare materials for senior executives.

This role targets professionals with about 2–4 years in investment banking or corporate development. You will coordinate across finance, legal, operations, HR, IT and security, manage data rooms, and help drive integration readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, engineering, economics or related field.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in investment banking, corporate development or transaction advisory.
• Expert-level proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with ability to translate data into insights.
• Hands-on experience with FactSet/CapitalIQ; Bloomberg Government knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create valuation models (DCF, comps) and support synergy assessments.
• Prepare executive-ready presentations and board materials.
• Participate in due diligence, integration readiness, and transaction execution.
• Evaluate deal issues and summarize implications for leadership.
• Maintain internal M&A processes and data-room management.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to gather information and validate assumptions.
• Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders and target companies.
• Represent the company at industry events to expand deal flow.
