Qualifications

• 2–4 years in a related field; MS/MA with 0–1 year ok.
• Previous M&A, finance, or audit experience.
• Strong analytical abilities and communication skills.
• Professional certification (CFA, CPA) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares financial analyses and valuation modeling to support M&A.
• Participates in all aspects of M&A including due diligence.
• Contributes to strategic planning and data-driven insights.
• Develops dashboards and materials to support reporting needs.
• Assists in market research and project initiatives.
