You will advise corporate clients and private equity funds on acquisitions, dispositions, and minority investments while shaping general corporate strategy.

Qualifikationen

• 4–7 years of experience in M&A or private equity transactions.
• Experience advising corporate clients and private equity funds is preferred.
• Strong transactional drafting and negotiating skills.
