Job summary

Interlink Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced M&A Partner for the Los Angeles office of a respected national law firm with a market-leading corporate practice. The firm advises private equity sponsors, strategic buyers, family offices, and middle-market businesses on sophisticated domestic and cross-border transactions.

You will lead and manage high-value M&A deals, collaborate across practice groups, and contribute to the growth of a nationally recognized corporate platform.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and California Bar admission or ability to obtain.
• Extensive experience advising on sophisticated M&A and private equity transactions.
• Proven ability to manage complex negotiations and lead high-value transactions.
• Established client base or a clear track record of developing business.
• Commercially minded with exceptional client relationship and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and joint ventures.
• Advise private equity sponsors, portfolio companies, strategic buyers, family offices and other investors on a broad range of strategic transactions.
• Manage all stages of the transaction lifecycle, from structuring and due diligence through negotiation, execution and post-closing matters.
• Work closely with colleagues across tax, finance, antitrust, intellectual property, executive compensation and other specialist teams to deliver seamless client service.
• Develop and strengthen client relationships while contributing to the continued growth of the firm's corporate practice.
