Job summary

HHM CPAs is seeking an M&A Manager to assist with all aspects of transaction engagements and lead buy-side and sell-side transactions. This role is onsite in Memphis, TN, requiring strong GAAP knowledge and experience with QoE, due diligence, bank underwriting, and financial statement analysis.

Ideal candidates possess advanced Excel/Word skills, strong organizational abilities, and relevant credentials such as ASA, ABV, CVA, AVA, or CBA; CPA licensure is a plus.

• Strong GAAP expertise
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to effectively manage multiple projects
