Job summary

ZenaTech seeks an Analyst to support integration of portfolio companies across land surveying, agriculture, power washing, inspection, SaaS and more. You will coordinate Finance, HR, IT, Change Management, Insurance, Marketing, Business Development and Vendor Management to enable smooth post-acquisition transitions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, engineering, or related field.
• 12 months of experience in Consulting, Corporate Development, Operations, Integration or Project Management is helpful but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills in English are mandatory.
• Strong understanding of operations, project management, business integration and transformation.
• Excellent organizational skills, written and verbal communication abilities, and strategic thinking.
• Excellent relationship management skills.
• Self-starter with ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Integration Planning: Lead development of integration plans, timelines, milestones and KPI tracking.
• Integration Execution: Execute integration of AP, AR, IT and HR for newly acquired companies.
• Process Improvements: Develop procedural improvements for future acquisitions.
• Assist in senior management meetings and updates, and communications as required.
• Maintain progress reports and dashboards with timelines, milestones and KPIs.
• Execute procurement of vehicles and equipment.
• Oversee communication, transition, and adoption of drone technology plans.
• Engage stakeholders promptly about transition-related concerns.
