Job summary

Vertiv, founded in Westerville, Ohio, seeks a Manager of Financial Systems & Solutions to lead post-merger integration from a finance perspective. You will assess ERP environments (Oracle EBS, SAP), align transaction flows to Vertiv standards, and resolve accounting issues during and after integration.

You will also support ERP configuration activities across G/L, AP, AR, revenue recognition, cost accounting, and intercompany flows, while driving process improvements and strong internal controls.

Qualifications

• University or College Degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 5+ years of accounting experience with ERP system design, configuration, conversion/implementation, and process improvement.
• Functional expertise in at least one major ERP platform (Oracle EBS strongly preferred; SAP or equivalent also considered).
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, including ASC 606 revenue recognition, cost accounting, and intercompany accounting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Power BI, and Smartsheet.
• Strong time management, organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and operate effectively in a cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

• Support post-merger integration finance and accounting workstreams.
• Conduct holistic reviews of acquired entities' ERP platforms, COA, transaction flows, and policies.
• Develop and execute integration playbooks for process alignment and data readiness.
• Define conversion and mapping requirements for data migration into Vertiv's ERP environment.
• Identify and remediate accounting issues arising during due diligence or integration.
