Job summary

STN, Inc. is seeking a Senior Accountant – Integration & Acquisition Accounting to support acquisition activity from due diligence through post‑close integration. You will prepare purchase accounting entries, map accounts, and align acquired entities with STN’s policies.

The role reports to the Controller and requires 3–5 years’ accounting experience with a focus on M&A and US GAAP. Ideal candidates will map charts of accounts, ensure proper accounting for contingent consideration, and drive

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent).
3–5 years of accounting experience, ideally including M&A/transaction services.
Solid understanding of US GAAP, including ASC 805.
Experience with reconciliations, journal entries, and financial statement prep.

Responsibilities

Support due diligence and deal analysis during acquisition activity, reviewing financials and internal controls.
Prepare and support purchase price allocations and opening balance sheet entries, including goodwill calculations.
Lead or support integration of acquired entities' financial records into the parent ERP/accounting systems and align policies with corporate standards.
