Job summary

DeWinter Group is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager to lead critical M&A integration efforts, onboarding newly acquired sites, and integrating them into the network and application ecosystem. The role focuses on driving on-site execution, coordinating with vendors for site surveys and wiring, and stabilizing stalled project tracks to ensure rapid operational readiness.

Qualifications

  • Proven success in managing large-scale infrastructure projects, preferably within M&A or organizational change contexts.
  • Strong change management capabilities, comfortable with shifting deadlines and priorities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to engage effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders—including those in rugged industrial environments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end onboarding of new sites during M&A integrations.
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors for site surveys and wiring.
  • Stabilize existing project tracks and drive progress from stalled initiatives.
  • Collaborate with IT and business leaders to ensure smooth operations during transitions.
